1.         Minutes - to approve as a correct record and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the meeting of the Executive held on 1 July 2004 (as previously circulated).

7.         Review of Street Cleaning – to consider a report which highlights options for re-modelling street cleaning operations in light of the extremely high quality of cleanliness in the district and the need to identify revenue savings in line with budgetary pressures (pages 2 to 10);

 

8.         Outcome of Waste Review – to consider a report which highlights the options open to the Council in the pursuit of an improved equitable waste collection and recycling service for households in the district (pages 11 to 28);

10.       Tesco Section 106 Agreement – Ivybridge Action Plan – to consider a report which seeks the Executive’s agreement in principle to earmark £110,000 to pump-prime matched funding for 4 (out of 5) town centre related projects in Ivybridge (pages 37 to 45);

 

11.       Leasing of Erme Playing Fields to Ivybridge Town Football Club – to consider a report which sets out proposals for the lease of the Erme playing fields and pavilion to Ivybridge Town Football Club (pages 46 to 50);

 

12.       Reports of Other Bodies - To receive, and as may be necessary to approve any recommendations of the under-mentioned bodies:-

 

(a)          Environment Policy Development Group8 July 2004 (minutes to follow);

 

(b)          Scrutiny – 15 July 2004 (minutes to follow);
