Draft Budget Proposals 2007/08
– to consider a report which sets out the Council’s financial position over
the medium term and acts as a framework for developing final budget proposals,
which will include the appropriate level of council tax and service provision.

1 of Schedule 12A to the Act is involved.

Totnes Southern Area Development
Scheme – Property Acquisition – to consider an exempt report which seeks
Member agreement to acquire a property in accordance with the Totnes Southern
Area Development Scheme.
