South
Hams Local Development Framework – Local Development Scheme – to
consider a report which advises that a revision to the Local Development Scheme
had been approved by the Government Office for the South West (GOSW) and
Planning Inspectorate (PINS) and to request that its adoption be endorsed.
8.
Proposed
Pilot Merger of South Hams, Teignbridge and West Devon Crime and Disorder
Reduction Partnerships – to consider a report which seeks agreement
from the Council to: pilot a joint partnership for the three districts; the
governance arrangements for the merged partnership; the outline staffing
arrangements and a timetable for implementation.

Disposal
of Land at Old Mill Lane, Dartmouth – to consider a report which sets
out proposals for an affordable housing development by Tor Homes on land
currently owned by South Hams District Council at Old Mill Lane, Dartmouth.
10.
Improvements
to Fish Quay, Dartmouth – to consider a report which sets out
proposals for strengthening and re-aligning part of the Fish Quay at the South
Embankment, Dartmouth.
11.
Lease
of Land for the Salcombe Harbour Navigation Lights – to consider a
report which seeks to obtain approval to enter into a 50-year lease for
navigational equipment to support safety within Salcombe Harbour.
12.
Dart
Estuary Management Plan 2006 – 2011 – to consider a report which
presents the final Dart Estuary Management Plan for adoption.
13.
Local
General Satisfaction Survey 2005/06 – Results – to consider a report
which accompanies the results of the Local General Satisfaction Survey issued to
South Hams residents in Autumn/Winter 2005.
14. Sounding Board Survey 8 Results – to consider a report which provides Members with an overview of the results of Sounding Board survey 8.
15. Planning Delivery Grant – to
consider a report which suggests how the
Planning Delivery Grant 2006/07 should be spent.
