1.         Minutes - to approve as a correct record and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the meeting of the Executive held on 8 January 2009;

4.         Division of Agenda - to consider whether the discussion of any item of business is likely to lead to the disclosure of exempt information;

5.         Declarations of Interest - Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests, including the nature and extent of such interests they may have in any items to be considered at this meeting;

6.         Public Question Time – a period of up to 15 minutes is available to deal with questions submitted to the Council in accordance with the Executive Procedure Rules;

7.         Reports of Other Bodies - To receive, and as may be necessary to approve, the minutes and any recommendations of the under-mentioned body:-

(a)   Prosperity Policy Development Group: 9 December 2008;

(b)   Environment Policy Development Group: 16 December 2008;

(c)   Community Policy Development Group: 6 January 2009;

(d)   Scrutiny: 15 January 2009;

8.         Draft Budget Proposals 2009/10 – to consider a report which sets out the Council’s financial position over the medium term and acts as a framework for developing final budget proposals, which will include the appropriate level of council tax and service provision;
