1. Minutes - to approve as a correct record and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the meeting of the Executive held on 13 October 2011 (as previously circulated);
2. Members in Attendance – the Chairman is advised of non Executive Members wishing to speak;
3. Urgent Business - brought forward at the discretion of the Chairman;
4. Division of Agenda - to consider whether the discussion of any item of business is likely to lead to the disclosure of exempt information;
5. Declarations of Interest - Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests, including the nature and extent of such interests they may have in any items to be considered at this meeting;
6. Public Question Time – a period of up to 15 minutes is available to deal with questions submitted to the Council in accordance with the Executive Procedure Rules;
7. An option report relating to the gritting of car parks in severe weather;
8. Budget Proposals 2012/13 for the Environmental Health and Housing Service including Licensing review of charges – to consider a report which seeks Members approval to revise fees and charges proposed in relation to Licensing and Environmental Health as outlined in Appendix A of the presented report. In addition, to increase in rents for the Council’s temporary housing stock by 5%;
9. Treasury Management Half Yearly Update – to consider a report which updates Members on the Treasury Management function for the first six months of the financial year;
10. Exemptions to Contract Procedure Rules and Financial Procedure Rules - to consider a report which informs Members of the Exemption(s) to the Standing Orders Relating to Contracts and Financial Instructions since the previous Executive meeting, in accordance with the procedure approved by the Council (Minute references 70/07 and 49/07 refer);
11. Write Off Report – to consider a report which informs Members of the debt written off for all revenue streams within the Revenue and Benefits service;

15.Follaton House, Totnes – to consider a report which advises Members of the existing revenue costs of the Council’s administrative building at Follaton House and explain how income can be generated by making better use of the accommodation and leasing parts of the building which become surplus to the Council’s needs.
