1.         Minutes - to approve as a correct record and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the meeting of the Executive held on 28 May 2009 (as previously circulated);

 

2.         Members in Attendance;

 

3.         Urgent Business - brought forward at the discretion of the Chairman;

 

4.         Division of Agenda - to consider whether the discussion of any item of business is likely to lead to the disclosure of exempt information;

 

5.         Declarations of Interest - Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests, including the nature and extent of such interests they may have in any items to be considered at this meeting;

 

6.         Public Question Time – a period of up to 15 minutes is available to deal with questions submitted to the Council in accordance with the Executive Procedure Rules;

 

7.         Sustainable Communities Act – Proposals for Possible Submission – to consider a report which seeks approval of the eleven most popular proposals, put forward by the Community Partnership Forum and prioritised by our Community Sounding Board, for submission to The Selector (LGA) for consideration under the Sustainable Communities Act;

8.         Outcome of Shared Services Workshop – oral update;

 

9.         Capital Programme Monitoring – to consider a report which advises Members of progress to the approved proposed capital programme for 2008/09 and 2009/10, as agreed at Council on 24 July 2008;

10.       Revenue Budget Monitoring 2009/10 – to consider a report which enables Members to monitor the income and expenditure variations against the approved budget for 2009/10;

11.       Write-Off Report – to consider a report which informs Members of the individual debts for all revenue streams (up to the value of £3,000) written off by the Head of Financial Services under delegated authority and for permission to be sought for those debts in excess of £3,000 to be written off;

12.       Exemption to Standing Orders Relating to Contracts and Financial Instructions – to consider a report which informs Members of the exemption(s) to the Standing Orders Relating to Contracts and Financial Instructions;

13.       Reports of Other Bodies – to receive, and as may be necessary to approve, the minutes and any recommendations of the under-mentioned body:- 

(a)   Community Policy Development Group: 27 May 2009

(b)   Environment Policy Development Group: 1 July 2009.
 

14.       Exclusion of Public and Press - to consider the following resolution to exclude the public and press:- 

“That in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business as the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act is involved”;

 

15.      Single Status Update – to consider an exempt report which presents the recommendations arising from the Personnel Panel meeting of 29 June 2009.
