10. South Hams District Council and Devon County Council
Partnership Approach to Second Homes Money to Support Affordable Housing Initiatives
– to consider a report which seeks to update Members on the current position
regarding the Council’s Housing Capital Programme following the County Council’s
agreement that all of the additional monies from Second and Holiday Homes Council Tax
would be available to meet locally agreed priorities (pages 60 to 64);
