9. Community and Voluntary Sector Grants Policy to consider a report which seeks to establish the Councils policy on grant aid to voluntary and community groups (pages 12 - 23)
10. Tamar Valley AONB Management Plan and Partnership to consider the draft Tamar Valley AONB Management Plan and the invitation to appoint a Member to the Partnership (pages 24 - 32)
11. Replacement of Bowling Green Carpet, Dartmouth to consider a report which seeks the release of funds for the replacement of the bowling green carpet at the bowling club, Dartmouth, as required under the terms of the lease of the facilities (pages 33 - 34)

13. Exclusion of Public and Press - to consider the following resolution to exclude the public and press:-
That in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business as the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 8 & 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act is involved.
14. Yealmpton Parish Rooms Financial Contribution by South Hams District Council to Provision of Public Conveniences to consider an exempt report seeking approval for the allocation of capital funding towards the provision of a public toilet in the Parish Rooms at Yealmpton (pages 48 - 51)
15. Proposed Surrender and Re-Grant of the Lease to the Dart (Totnes) Amateur Rowing Club to consider an exempt report on revised arrangements for the lease on one of the Councils properties (pages 52 - 53)
