4. Division of Agenda - to consider whether the discussion of any item of business is likely to lead to the disclosure of exempt information.

of Interest - Members are
invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests, including the nature
and extent of such interests, they may have in any items to be considered at
this meeting.

Public Question Time - a
period of up to 15 minutes is available to deal with questions submitted by the
Council in accordance with the Executive Procedure Rules (see attached
explanatory note page 1 only).
7. Exclusion of Public and Press - to consider the following resolution to exclude the public and press:-
That in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business as the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in the paragraph(s) 7, 8 and 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act is involved.

Leisure Centres, Sport and Healthy Lifestyle Service to consider an exempt report which highlights the outcome of the procurement process for Leisure Centres, Sport and Healthy Lifestyle Services following the approach outlined in the report of 28 July 2005 (Minute E.30/05 refers) to seek a partner for service delivery;
9. Capital Programme: Projects at Ivybridge Land Adjoining South Dartmoor Leisure Centre, and Dartmouth Norton Playing Fields and Land Adjoining Leisure Centre to consider an exempt report which outlines the project requirement for completion of various works;

Capital Programme Works
Homelessness Accommodation to consider an exempt report which outlines
proposals to approve the appointment of professional advisors and requires the
waiving of Standing Orders for three housing related construction projects;

Re-admittance of Public and Press

Capital
Programme Monitoring Report to consider a quarterly report which
enables Members to monitor the Councils major capital schemes in terms of
both cost and progress against timetable;
13.
South
Hams District Council: Child Protection Policy to consider a report
which seeks adoption of a Child Protection Policy in line with legal
requirements and best practice, subject to further limited partner consultation;
14.
Performance
Plan to consider a report which seeks Member approval of the content
of the final draft Council Plan and Performance Plan June 2006 for publication
by no later than Thursday, 30 June 2006;
15.
Revenue
Budget Monitoring 2005/06 to consider a report which enables Members
to monitor income and expenditure variations against the approved budget for
2005/06;
16.
Write-off
Report to consider a report which informs Members of the individual
debts for all revenue streams, up to the value of £3,000, written off by the
Head of Financial Services under delegated authority;
17.
Reports of Other Bodies - To
receive, and as may be necessary to approve, the minutes and any recommendations
