Inspections:-
(b) to
receive a report of the full committee site inspection held on 10 January 2005.
(i) 20/2142/04/F – The demolition of all the existing buildings on the Gara Rock Hotel site and their replacement with 20 self-contained apartments for holiday use plus 1 apartment for staff use; a swimming pool and gymnasium (for the sole use by residents) and a restaurant and bar for public use. 32 car parking spaces for residents and 27 car parking spaces for use by the patrons of the restaurant and bar plus 1 space for use of the concierge – Gara Rock Hotel, East Portlemouth, Salcombe, TQ8 8PH) (pages 12 to 24)

Planning Applications -
Members are requested to raise any queries they may have with the Head of
Planning and Building Control before the meeting (pages 25 to 38).
Members
of the public may wish to note that the Council's meeting rooms
are
accessible by wheelchairs and have a loop induction hearing system
During
the preparation of reports contained in this Agenda, the Officers have had
