of Interest - Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial

Public Participation - The Chairman to advise the
Committee on any requests received from members of the public to address the

Unauthorised
Change of Use to Land from Agriculture to Mixed Agricultural and Residential Use
– to consider a report which seeks authorisation from Members to take
enforcement action to cease the use of the land for residential purposes and to
remove any people using the land for residential purposes.

Inspections:-

appoint the Group for site inspections to be held on

to
receive a report of the site inspection group held on
(i) 15/0259/06/F – Demolition of existing kennel blocks and erection of dwelling and landscaping of grounds – Old Mill Kennels, Old Mill Lane, Dartmouth.

Members are requested to raise any queries they may have with the Head of
Planning and Building Control before the meeting.
