1.         MINUTES 

            To approve as a correct record and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the meeting
            of the Council Tax Setting Panel held on 26 February 2008 (not circulated to SMT);

2.         DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST 

            Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interest, including the nature and extent of
such interests they may have in any items to be considered at this meeting;

3.                  DECLARATION OF THE COUNCIL TAX BASE AND INDIVIDUAL TAX BASES FOR
TOWN AND PARISHES: 2009/2010 

            To consider a report which calculates and sets out the Council Tax having taken account of the precepts
            notified to the Council from Devon County Council, Devon and Cornwall Police Authority, Devon Fire
            Authority and the Town and Parish Councils (not circulated to SMT).
